Managing Partner – Keith McDonald
Keith has been in the hospitality business for 25 years, and took on the title of General Manager of The Galley Patio & Grill in 2000. Prior to taking the reigns at The Galley, Keith spent over a decade learning the restaurant trade in high volume kitchens in both BC and Ontario.
The Team
Every summer since 1989, The Galley Patio & Grill has transformed a group of seasoned restaurant veterans, backpacking world travellers, and eager high school kids making their initial foray into the workforce, into a hard working team capable of meeting the demands of one of the busiest summer patio’s in Vancouver.
Team T-shirts
Each year, The Galley Patio & Grill unveils a t-shirt of a unique and original design, for use as their staff uniform. These shirts are particularly popular with our tourist customers, and have been spotted as far away as Brazil!
